I have tried to buy 2 bikes from Linex Yamaha in Randburg over the past 11 months. First was a Superbike (R1) and now a XT 660 (Dual purpose).
The owner (Mulder) does not follow up, after my trade-in was valued and he needed a cover price, he chose to not call me back even after several messages were left (beginning of 2013). I then bought a HONDA FIREBLADE CBR1000RR
Now I called to get a price (with no trade-in) on a XT 660 and after waiting several minutes for what seems like no sales people taking my call. I left a message and after 24 hours... NOTHING!!!
This dealership must be doing so well and having one extra customer is just too much work.
Pathetic to say the least!!! I will buy a HONDA yet again...(maybe its a sign... if they treat you like this when you buying the product... then I can only imagine how the service gets after you buy one)
