BREACH OF TRADE IN OFFER & EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE

As i prefer not to waste my energy on complaining about bad service i feel that everyone should know and understand what i had to go through to get my BMW.
1. I went to bmw club motors randburg to purchase a vehicle for simple peace of mind motoring from a reputable dealer.
2. I had seen and test driven the vehicle of which i was happy with and wanted to conclude the deal, of course the sales man would promise you the world to sell the vehicle.
3.A trade in offer was eventually signed on my Jeep for R40000.
4.The day for delivery of the my new vehicle the salesman must have called me 3 times to see when i was coming in to collect of which i said to him 2-3pm the same day.
5.When i had eventually arrived at BMW the sales man had disappeared, thinking everything would go forward without a glitch BOY was i wrong.
6.Trade in offer valuation sheet that bongani had signed cause i asked him too BMW denied this and said they had only offered R35000.They tried to get hold of Bongani but did not answer the many attempts to call him from bmw.
7.I called the dealer principle and the used car manager into a meeting to resolve this but this excercise was pointless. I paid cash for my vehicle120k
