Again, very happy with the service and quality of the car supplied.
Upon making the booking via the Dollar Thrifty call center with Jo I was very satisfied with the service. On the morning of 16 December when I collected the car, I was met by Monique at O.R Tambo International who was polite and courteous. The paperwork was quick and only took a couple of minutes for the forms to be completed.
The car itself was clean and performed faultlessly throughout the duration of the rental period.
On returning the car, I was met with by Clifford who was polite and checked the car; I then checked out at the reception office and also received excellent service from Angie.
The service was great and I will definitely recommend you to friends and colleagues. Thank you very much.
