Ordered the new A class Sports 2 months ago - have attempted to organize a test drive for 2 weeks, organized a date and time for the test drive - the person concerned as a 'no show' on the day. Asked another sales agent if he could take me for the test drive - was told that it was month end and they were too busy.
Later that afternoon I called NMI Umhlanga to complain - spoke to another sales agent who, after apologizing, assured me he would be in contact before the weekend to organize the test drive... I'm still waiting. A R450 000 order for a car... and this is the 'after sales' treatment, it's disgusting. If the specific car I ordered didn't have a long waiting list I would cancel immediately. Not interested in their excuses, because there is none. Let's see if they deliver on time .. if they actually care.
