Bought a ford fiesta 2011 from the above mentioned motor manufacture. Had a few issues, that required some attention. The promise was made that all repairs would be done before the car was sold to us. This was not the case, and I had to return the car within a week or 2 from the purchase date. The car was with Barloworld Ford N1 City for a week in which the the repairs had been done, but upon closer inspection, discovered that the cars battery had been switched and also the bonnet catch was not holding the bonnet properly. I contacted the sales manager (Darryl) who seized the opportunity to host a shouting match with me, telling me that I can adjust the catch myself, and also when I said that I would be returning the car, and that I would take the matter up with the ombudsman, his response was, "Go Ahead, I don't care". I feel that the after sales service is very, no extremely pathetic, and now that they have my money, its a "WE DON'T CARE " attitude.
