I ordered a new FORD Ecosport 1.5 TiVCT Ambiente Man, Chill at the beginning of November. The Sales manager, as well as the salesman promised that the vehicle will arrive in time for us to leave on holiday on 2 January. Yesterday, with all the public holidays on hand and only 2 weeks from our departure date, Imperial Ford announces that we cannot get a new car.
I think this is the worst case of dishonouring their commitment and bad client services I have ever experienced.
