MTN went to great lengths to approve and supply the item, and then made the biggest mistake of getting RTT to do the delivery. An sms confirmation was sent to my wife to verify that the item would be delivered on 2013-12-19, and my wife therefore ensured that she stayed at home to await the delivery as she had to accept it personally.By late afternoon she was getting agitated, and phoned the RTT number provided a few times, and after holding on for ages, was eventually informed that the driver was NOW on his way to her. RUBBISH!!! I came home at 18:25 and there was zip. I then phoned twice and held on for 15 minutes each time before giving up. I then called the switchboard, which was answered promptly, and then promptly dropped. I phoned again, was told to hold on, and gave up after holding for 10 minutes. Today is the 20th of December, and still no parcel, or call from RTT to apologise for the delay. It has already cost me a fortune in cellular calls to RTT, and then I have an irate wife who had to remain at home the entire day, for nothing. RTT has a slogan for "intelligent logistics", but this I seriously doubt. RTT is plain rubbish, utterly useless!!!
