We purchased a Chev bakkie from them & received the worst service from a dealership. 1. We paid for smash & grab & made arrangements with Jurie Piedt (salesman) to drop off the vehicle & for them to take me to work, he had not arranged it with anyone & the lady in charge of the lift system said she can't help me because she did not plan for it. So arriving there at 7:15am in the morning was in vain. 2. They collected the vehicle but a very bad job was done. They came to collect the vehicle again to have it redone by the outsourced company but did not check that the job was done right before they delivered it.By this time we're fuming because it felt that they did not care about their service. We had to go directly to the outsourced company to deal with it. 3. Jurie told us that there was a cover missing which replaced the electric window buttons & that he put an order in for it. We collected the vehicle end Sept & on the 18 Oct I sent a follow-up mail for the cover. I did not receive a response - I sent another e-mail 21 Oct Jurie said he'll come back to me-24 Oct I sent another e-mail. Jimmy said that Jurie was in Jhb & will collect it the next day. Its 21 Nov-not heard from them
