I needed to amend my AA Insurance policy to remove one of two insured vehicles without cancelling the other vehicle. I was fortunate to be assisted telephonically by Ms Priya Naicker. She listened very intently to my long-winded story, gave me assurances to my questions that I felt comfortable to trust that the AA would honour and she followed up every detail with confirmation e-mail updates of everything we discussed. I am delighted to report that Ms Naicker was very polite, extremely knowledgeable in her work, confident and an absolute pleasure with whom to speak. Having had continuous AA membership in excess of 30 years with very rare accasions when I needed to request any assistance, I am happy that I retained my AA membership to experience such professionalism even after hours.
