I phoned to check on the premium of my policy, which, to me, seemed slightly high considering that I have a t a 9 year old Polo. I was transferred to Senior adviser Clinton Naicker.
Not only did he drop the premium, but complimented me on being a valued customer for having my cover with Outsurance for many years.
He also reduced my access, which I greatly appreciated.
Then, on top of all, he insured my ring, which I always thought would be too expensive to do. Great stuff!!
He also advised me to contact outsurance annually to discuss my policy.
I can truly say that his assistance was efficient, his advise was excellent, his assistance was kind and he was very patient with me when something was not clear to me.
No chance that I will ever change to another insurance company.
