I bought new car in September 2013; Delivery date wasn't honoured; No communication from the salesperson; Had to constantly call to follow up without any update from franchise. Mr Gershen Naidoo stepped in and assisted. On collecting the vehicle, no service history book was given and told it will be available in about 5 days; Vehicle registered using wrong address whereas I had supplied proof of address; Had to query before it was corrected. Called the salesperson to request it on 17 December 2013 and she promised to phone back; She never called as always until I tried calling her again on 18 December 2013. Gershen Naidoo, the only helpful person thus far took the message and passed it on to her. She never called until I went to the dealership in person; Mr Gershen Naidoo once again tried assist and advised that I speak to Adrian Naidoo (the dealer principal). On approaching Adrian, he was talking to another staff member and when trying to excuse myself, he treated me like I was a third class citizen and barking "can't you see you are disturbing me? " He later called me to his office as if I was his garden boy; He also didn't resolve my query displaying a grossly don't care attitude
