Tracy Naicker is among the best customer service agents I have ever met. I needed some product urgently and was unable to collect in time, she met me after hours in the rain and gave me some much needed formula. She is quick on her turn around time and always friendly. I am most impressed and for that reason alone I will always recommend Aspen products, that and they work!
