To whom it may concern,

On the 8th February 2013 I purchased a new vehicle which I needed to add to my existing policy. After 6 days of non response from OutSurance I contacted OutSurance today (14.2.13) to cancel my policy as I had already made provision with another insurance company.
The lady (Mo) who answered my call queried my reason for cancellation and promptly put me through to Mr Clinton Naicker.
After enthusiastic assistance, at a level not generally noticed in industry today, Mr Clinton Naicker dealt with my issue efficiently making me again realise that these pockets of excellence do exist.

I have upgraded my policy with OutSurance
