Yesterday I sent in a request via email for a re-assesment on the my shipment, the Duties and taxes were charged on an incorrect amount of value of goods and the VAT is also based on an incorrect amount which I have no idea where they got it from.
I have not received a response and I did mention to the people I spoke to telephonically that the package is extremely urgent and is for a wedding happening on Saturday.
Please note that I have no desire to deal with the agent that was assigned to the job ever again. I wasted a lot of money on airtime speaking to her on the phone and she was of no assistance and did not listen to anything I had to say.
I need this sorted out urgently, Please expedite.
