Warranty replacement of parts

My Hyundai Accent went in for its first service in December (15 000km), I told them that the suspension feels extremely soft, they came back to me and said that the shocks need to be replaced. They asked me when it would be convenient, and I said in the 2nd half of December. They made a booking for me to bring in the car, which I did, but was told the parts had not arrived (classy). I asked them to let me know when it arrives, and we can book the car to go in then. I mid-Feb I phoned and was told by Petro that the parts had not arrived but that she would keep me in the loop. I had to phone again early in March to find out that the parts would arrive in the next week. 2 weeks after the call I got a mail from Jessie to tell me that the parts had arrived. She asked me just before the Easter weekend when it would be convenient to bring in the car, and I replied the Tuesday after Easter weekend that the Thursday will work if they still have space left. I still have not heard anything, this is now getting to 4 months, and the service is worse than the useless government departments.
