I purchased a factory demo Citroen DS4 160 HDI with approx 12000kms from a sales person at the dealership. During my test drive I noted a brake pedal shudder at highway speed. I was informed that it was something small and that the vehicle will be sorted before I take ownership. This was in June 2012. It is now April 2013, and me vehicle has been back to the dealership over 5 times. My tyres need replacement as they are completely done with my only doing an additional 20000kms on them at a cost to me of almost R8000 for the front set. I have had the windscreen replaced by the dealership after my insurance broker noted a small repair to a chip when I took ownership. This was done and after taking the vehicle from the dealership I noted rattles and sourced it coming from the broken rear view mirror housing, so someone broke it and didn't bother telling me. My car has been back 5 times, with new rattles, tyre pressure monitoring sensor fault reported with every 30 minutes plus drive. The dealership has a serious issue resolving my problems as I found out that the vehicle had problems with breakdown and brake shudder, before I purchased it. Thus this was sold to me with not disclosing
