I purchased a Subaru wrx 2004 model from this company and from the very start when we got interested in the car did we have to deal with very unprofessional staff. We were told of a full service history and that the car was in mint condition and we took the car for a drive and everything seemed to be in order but after getting the car at my house almost a week after we were approved for the finance, my now husband noticed oil leaking from the engine bay and he owns a Subaru so we took it to his mechanic and as the mechanic inspected and went deeper in to the engine bay (having to remove parts in order to do a full inspection) He found R55 000 worth of damages to the car and we informed Designa Ridez about the problems and straight away they retaliated by saying we should have never had opened the engine bay and let some 1 look (so as to say i should have driven the car as is until it broke down) I have a 2 year old little girl and this car had i taken their advice would have put our life's at risk. The mechanic is notices by Subaru south Africa so he knows what he is talking about. We are currently canceling the deal.
