I submitted a claim for water damage to my wheel arch and engine after hitting a large puddle of standing water. Indwe indicated that they will pick up the vehicle and send it to subaru for testing. I received feedback from Indwe that it passed the compression test and the engine would need to be stripped. Orico said that if no damage was found at subaru i would be liable for cost of stripping. I then told him i was not comfortable with subaru doing the work. I was then told that they would do it at my own cost. Subaru then stripped the car and said no water damage was found internally and that the engine skipped a tooth, the car it had its timing belt service done so this was strange to me i went to the workshop and they reported that the engine failed the compression test not passed. This morning i recieve a call from their MD telling me that to wait a for feedback is okay, i then tried to explain that the car was running when i gave it to Indwe now i have to go a fetch a broken car and pay for stripping that I did want. I am going to my CEO and tell him to pull Indwe advertising from site cause from the way I was addressed by the MD I forgot who was the customer.
