Purchased my Kia Cerato 1600 to have a safe spacious family car. Only 23 000 km on the clock and the clutch plate, pressure plate needs replacement. I don't even drive on my clutch so there is absolutely no way it can be wear and tear. They have done absolutely nothing to accommodate me in any regard. They were not transparent from booking the car in till now when they rejected the warranty claim. They could have told me from the beginning that they don't cover it over 20 000km but only after stripping the car, now they tell me almost 2 weeks later it is for my account. I booked the car inf or 15 000km service and asked them to swap the tires which I paid for, this was never done. When I told the service consultant she said "Aaah well, sorry, nothing we can do". When booking the car in for the clutch, I asked Yasmien to please let them look at the head light as it is the second time in one year it fuses. She said sorry, they can't look at it now, I must book the car in some other time. Never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service. Not even at Toyota have they treated me this bad with my small little entry level yaris. My advice, dont ever buy a Kia!!!
