I made the mistake of choosing smart removals to move my goods to CPT, what was not told is that they were sub contracting H&M removals. My house hold was picked up, with my plants, I was charged extra by the removals for the plants, i received everything but the plants, i was I was then informed my plants were never loaded as there was another load that they received that was OVER QUOTA, so they BUMPOED my stuff (which I paid extra for) to accommodate the OVER QUOTA House. I am approaching 4 weeks and still waiting. The excuse is tat they are JUST plants, but the miss the principal that I was charged extra for them to be moved, and at the end of the day, it is still MY goods that are being damaged. and that I have been charged for a service that still has not been delivered on. I will be approaching the Mover association
