Gearbox & Clutch a FAILURE!

I purchased a Chev Corsa 1, 8 Utility in 2011.The gear shifting was very temperamental, often not able to select reverse or 1st. At 30 000km the gearbox jammed, shortly after that the clutch system seized up. GM did all repairs-no charge. At 70 000km the gearbox jammed up - was repaired no charge. Shortly after repairs /- 500km, the clutch had completely disintegrated. The dealership even commented that "never have I seen a disc disintegrate like this" Repairs came to R5 500.00 which I paid.
I approached GM, included the GM fault history with photos, proving that this is a re-occurring problem. I requested that I be reimbursed and that an extended warranty for a further 12 months be granted on the gearbox & clutch system.
GM refused to reimburse me and also refused to extend the warranty on the clutch- This is "FAIR WEAR AND TEAR" Even after I referred them back to the proof that this is a re-occurring problem from day 1.

I fear that the above mentioned will happen again. A warranty will at least cover the costs.
It is very intimidating been stranded on the highway considering the crime statistics. I am afraid to drive this car & will have to "Flog" it... At a loss!!
