We bought a pre-owned vehicle from REEDS Cape Town during November 2013. About a month later we had some niggles to be addressed.
The salesperson who initially assisted us were on leave, and we were connected to the Sales Manager, Jonathan Cerqueira.
As aftersales service in our experience are always tricky, we were in for a surprise, as the sales manager absolutely blew us away!

Jonathan bent over backwards to accommodate us. He was friendly, patient, understanding and kept in touch regularly, whilst taking the time to explain each step of the process. To me that is a major thumbs-up!
The importance and passion for his profession is evident. He displays exceptional leadership qualities. Not hesitating to make decisions, whilst keeping everyone happy in the process. He gives new meaning to the cliche "Going the extra Mile". Our niggles were resolved thoroughly, in the shortest time possible. We are very, very satisfied indeed!
