5 months ago my boss Dr. J. Oosterlee bought the new Toyota Fortuner from McCarthy Toyota Hatfield and traded in his old vehicle. As his old car had bluetooth installed and the new one did not require bluetooth as it is built in we arranged for someone to come and remove the kit (as my boss had now given this to me) on the day the trade in was collected (the carkit was not included in the trade-in price). However the buyers did not want to wait and Herman the new car sales rep from McCarthy promised that it would be removed and sent to me. Well 5 months, weekly phonecalls and endless broken promises and still no joy. Today he was supposed to have arranged with a friend from McCarthy Bruma to collect my car and install the bluetooth free of charge but nothing has happened. How disgusting is it that I have to beg for something that belongs to me. If I do not get a worthwhile response from the complaint I will write a letter to every newspaper that I can think of telling them how McCarthy from me. Please I just want my bluetooth car kit
