I traded in my car with Auto Barn car dealership for a car they were selling, with the agreement that they will settle MFC, this happened in April 2013 to date they have not settled MFC.
Joke on me Westbank has already paid Auto Barn for the car that I bought from them plus some one has bought the car I had traded in so they got double payment yet they have not settled my car with MFC.
What kind of sick joke is this?
How is this legal that Auto Barn is allowed to trade in cars without settling the banks as per the car dealership procedure, and since they sold the car and have not settled MFC why am I then not getting the profit of the sale and them keeping the commission?
They don't even want to take back the car they sold to me, now you tell me how on earth am I to pay a car instalment with MFC for a car that was traded in?
