After the hectic hail in Mamelodi, I called our insurance and they authorised our windows to be fixed by PG glass, 2 weeks later we have not heard from them, not even a call/sms/email to tell us they got our claim and they will attend to it.
I decided to make a follow up to it, was transferred to Sias, not only is he not telling me when they will be coming through, but he also has a bad attitude, to tell me as a client that he has over 800 people complaining about the same thing...
Clearly he needs to be taught customer service cause his stinks big time...
Oh and yet again we have not been told when our windows will be fixed.
