Yesterday 16-12-2013 I went to Toatal st Helena bay for petrol, as i am from Bloemfontein on holiday here. 1st of all the petrol attendee has no idea what service is and could clearly not speak any South African language. After waiting for someone to attend to me she came and advised me that they only have leaded petrol in stock, I said its fine as I need the petrol. She than advised me that it would take the entire day to fill my car as the nozzle does not fit in to my Nissan Mikra. I said its fine just put a R100 in. She spilled the petrol on my car which I do not have a problem with, but then declined to clean my car off. I asked to pump my tires, she than advised that their pumps nozzle is broken. I went inside to advise the owner of the poor service and the fact that they don't have petrol. He had no better excused that the attendee and blatantly started shouting at his staff in front of me and my family! It is a disgrace that this garage can trade under the Total name as it clearly has no standards.
