We took our Smart Car to Culemborg Mercedes. We had a airbag light that was on - faulty, to check handbrake and a screaming fan belt. Carl phoned us and told us the turbo was also damaged, we let them fixed it, with the understanding that we will received the broken turbo back. Carl let us know that Merc buys the old turbo so my husband already upset, Carl tried to explain the situation regarding the airbag light to my husband, but he was to upset to listen and wanted to fetch the vehicle. Murphy's Law, fan belt did not scream once. We send our tow truck to fetch our vehicle and paid the bill on 27 November 2013. At home, fan belt still screaming, airbag light still on and all clips of the side bumpers broken off. Spoke to Sylvia, they will send someone to Paarl. Spoke to Pierre, they will send someone to Paarl. Service advisor from Merc did come to Paarl and advice us that they will get everything and contact us to bring our vehicle back to fix all the problems. Still no phone call or a message. A R14000-00 bill paid and this is the service you receive. Well done Mercedes Benz Culemborg!!!
