Disgusting service received and nonsence stories

We took delivery of your vehicle on the Friday 8th November. on inspection of the car of the weekend and discovered the following:
1) The ding/paint chip on the front bumper.
2) The side bars
3) The owner's manual
4) The seatbelt cover thing on the passenger side was laying at the back of the car. Needs to be put back. Looks broken.
5) Unidentified effort thing, don't know where it belongs. We have put in the back the car. Need advisement.
6) Washers on the bull bars on the back are rusting. Needs replacement. Or please supply the correct Alan key to replace.
7) Handbrake needs adjustment.
8) I have not received a notification that my other vehicle has been settled and I received a call from the bank regarding that vehicle and they would like to offer me another some sort of deal on this vehicle. Has this car been settled?
9) The licence disk?
The repairs have were done on the 20th however after constant email after email. had to threaten them before they jumped into action. we now a week later and I am still waiting for the bumper to be fixed and the licence disk and the manual to be delivered. the dealership/Wayne has got nothing but excuses. Not acceptable in the lease!!
