Poor and lack luster service

Booked my 320CDI in for service and told about the engine light and airbag light that is on. After collecting the car the airbag light still shows on my dash. Went back to service advisor and he informed me that they need full day to find the problem. As soon as I drove off the engine light again came on.. Now they say it could be a number of issues. Why didn't they do a full diagnostic on the car? Called another Mercedes Dealership in Johannesburg and the service advisor told me it takes about an hour to run a diagnostic on the car..

I called the service manager at Umglanga but the wasn't in and was put on hold for 7min and no one answered. Will never ever take my car back to them or advise any other person to service their car at Umhlanga Mercedes Benz..
