Incompetence on BMW electricals

I sent my car for servicing and also wanted the battery light to be fixed. i was meant to believe that the battery light was coming from on old battery. Which I replaced for over R3000. Once I got the car back, the problem did not disappear. i sent the car back. BMW thought that the problem came from the tracking gadget on the car. The suppliers of the tracking gadget stated clearly that their gadget was not connected at all to any electricals. I was then told the problem was fixed and paid a further R350. To my surprise the problem persisted. I sent the car back, for the 3rd time. After 4 days, i got the car back and to my uttermost disgust the problem is there. all the time I got the car back, BMW technicians were simply moving the light switch from auto/daytime position to "0" position. this I discovered would disguise the problem as resolved. I however phoned BMW customer services who said they will come back to me after 48 hours, they did not. instead I phoned them and they promised to follow up, and they also have disappeared. Who refunds me on this incompetency
