About a month ago I took my car for a major service. I made a list for them to fix. I made it clear I wanted the car in top shape because I wanted to take it for roadworthy. I got the car back two days later and paid R5000 for a list of things that needed to be fixed. At the time the main problem I was having was a misfire. I drove for a for few days and noticed that problem was still there. I went back and they siliconed some wires. A few days later the problem persisted. I went back again and they told me it was the engine cylinders that needed to be replaced/fixed. Mark told me he would get back to me with a quote. He never did, which was a blessing in disguise. They said all leaks were fixed but oil was still gushing out. I went to Auto Works in Milnerton and immediately after taking my car for a test drive they could tell me it was the spark plug leads. They showed me the oil leak. Turns out MSD put different spark plugs in my car. MSD don't know what they doing and they provide a really bad service generally. I would not recommend anyone to go there. They wouldn't even compensate me for having to pay again for what they were supposed to do.
