Friday 13th was indeed a day of bad luck for me and my family. Firstly on that day were were suppose to admit our car for faulty problem but on the same day we had an emergency with our baby at 4am and we had to rush her to hospital. On our way back from hospital we had breakdown flat tyre which we could not fix as we were missing special locknut! which we never received in the first place! Customer service roadside assistance made it even worse when they told us they charge for everything except towing which i later confirmed it was rubbish! To make our day even worser worser after i arranged for my car to be towed to Renault via my insurance, later i received a call that my car is not in a drving condition it has to stay over whole long wkend and can be fixed from next week tuesday depending on availability of parts etc. Shocking horrow was that there is no COURTESY CAR for me. ALTHOUGH I explained to them the inconvenience of not having a car at all and with sick baby and no means of transport. They still insisted they have no car for me!!! I AM SUCH A DISSATISFIED CUSTTOMER AT THE MOMENT AND ITS NOT FIRST TIME and FAULT IN CAR IS NOT MINE AND IM IN WARRANTY!!! YET I GET THIS!
