I was in the process of buying a vehicle from VW Claremont, I had given them my cars reg documents as I was giving my vehicle in as a trade in. Eventually I decided not to trade my vehicle in as they offered me a lousy trade in amount. The sales lady lost my reg docs and suggested I get a duo ate at VW Claremonts expense, she assured me I did not need the receipt which I confirmed with her once I realized the traffic dept did not give me one, went back a few days later to get my reimbursement to my dismay the sales lady left the company and no one knows why. The sales manager who was there refused to give my money without my receipt which I did not receive, tried to explain she would not hear it. My car is sold and I can't get hold of the new owners for the receipt. The lady has the audacity to tell me they found the papers when I already got duplicates. Their licensing guys knows how much duplicates are and she would t hear it. I don't need the money, it's simply the principle. To top it all off I got a better deal on a way better vehicle and another VW dealer, VW Claremont CPT way overpriced. So glad I decided not to use them!!!
