Trade well below Actual vehicle trade in

I wanted to chane my vehicle for the new Golf 7 2. TDI. My vehicle is 3 years old and has 90 000 km on the clock. It has an extended service plan and waranty. My vehicle is spotless and had never been in an accident.
First off kenny told me that he would load my vehicle into the Autobid system in order to give me a trade in value. He then proceeded to indicat that I would trade it in on their cheapest vehicle. When I asked why he informed me that if he loads the actual vehicle that I was interested that he would not be able to get the actual trade in as the autobid would know that they have some markup to play with.
We the drove the new vehicle. It could not reach 60km/h as it was in limp mode. He said that it is due to the vehicle not being PDC'ed. Then I get the call and he offers me R20 000 below trade. Instead of making the R36494 profit that is allowed between Trade and Retail they wanted to an additional R21500 from me.
They will never see me again.
