Utterly diguested with the service received. Serviced my car at Kia in November. 2 months later i had a concern with the breaks so i brought it for checkup. I was told there was nothing wrong with it and I had to collect the car in an hour. I left the office immediatelty as i did not have a lift there and adviced them i dont mind waiting. After an hour and a half, i asked the receptionist how far my car is. She started shouting at me saying she is doing my invoive. I in turn ask her if she had a problem as i do not understand why as a paying customer, I must talked to in that manner by a receptionist. She did not even bother apologizing. I eventually got my car and left. Got a call on Wednesday 30th Jan in the morning requesting me to give feedback on the service. I was not able to talk and requested to be called back in an hour. It never happened. On Friday, i called the branch trying to remind them of the promise to call just to speak to a lady that told me she is the CR Manager. As i am trying to explain the nature of my call, am being asked if am waiting for parts and being talked to with a tone the minute they gather i am about to complain. SIES... You will Never see me again.
