AA Auto Sound and Security installed a Netstar tracking device in my vehicle, which became faulty after a short period of time. Netstar advised that the device was faulty and that it should be replaced. We subsequently cancelled Netstar, thereafter and found that our battery was being abnormally drained. We replaced the battery. We then found that the car stalled intermittently, in town and on freeways, thus causing us untold danger. We were recently informed by Honda (vehicle in which installed), that same was caused by the faulty tracker and that it should be removed immediately. When AA Autosound was contacted, I was informed that a R600 fee would be charged, for the removal. This is for a faulty device that AA Autosound installed to begin with. After numerous telephone calls to AA Auto Sound, they continue to insist that I pay the R600. I find this unacceptable. It is unbelievable, that a 'Security' company should be so lax in their attitude towards people who have placed their trust in them.
