NO RESULTS FOR NEW VEHICLE FROM DEALERSHIP

Hi My name is Ahmed Moollah, I recently purchased a Foton Thunda on the 22/05/2013, a month & a half later I encountered a problem. Whilst driving on the M2 East a bolt flew out from under the front wheel. I noticed it almost immediately but only managed to retrieve it from the other side of the road after a few vehicles had driven over it. I called Delon, the Salesman at the Dealership for assistance & he advised that I bring in the vehicle. I was greeted by the pompous branch manager who insisted the bolt had been replaced with an old one who then got into his vehicle and left. The following week
I was told the staff at the dealership would have to order a part for my vehicle. Ever since I have been calling for feedback. The service rendered has been atrocious as I have just been told the dealership is still awaiting the arrival of the part. My job requires me to utilize a bakkie as we are in the Earth moving industry & this has impacted on my service I need for this to be resolved immediately please & if the dealership is unable to resolve the matter within a week they need to keep it and refund all payments incl. of insurance payments. thank you.
