Bad service from a brand I took a chance on

2012 Peugeot 5008 (21500km). Went for service at Northcliff Peugeot at 19500kms. Exactly 2000kms later the water bottle/lid has given in (1704/2013). Towed to Northcliff 10:30am. I did not recieve a single call wrt progress. I had to call the next day at midday to be told that it was in the queue to be attended to & would get back to me. I enquired about a loan vehicle & was told they dont have any. Friday I had to call twice at 3pm to find out again what was happening, only to be told the advisor was busy & would return my call. This did happen, almost 2 hrs l8r (4:30pm) telling me, vehicle was ready, by this time i had already called a cab & said i would pick up Sat. I arrived Sat & nobody knew where my vehicle was. When they did manage to find it, they had no job card, no info for me whatsoever and advised me it was good to go and the advisor would call me. Upto today, i have had no calls. Just my luck today (23/04/2013), I had the same issue, and had to wait almost 3 hours for a towtruck to take the vehicle. It is now 5pm, and I had to call to find out they havent done a thing. I now have no vehicle & no transport. Bad service and bad vehicle. I want this issue investigated!
