Yesterday a guy from DHL phoned me and asked that I will be home this morning between 8-12 as they have a package to deliver to me. I postponed my meetings so I can be home to receive the package. When I phoned them today, they had an excuse that their electricity is off and they will phone me at 3pm. Not my problem, why did you not contact me at 8am this morning to inform me that you have problems!! Now I need to WAIT another how many hours because you can NOT communicate PROPERLY with your clients!! When I phoned the call centre to log a complaint, the guy was either an or death as he had NO CLUE what I was saying! WHY DO PEOPLE ACTUALLY USE YOUR SERVICE as there is NO SERVICE???
