I purchased a voucher through groupon which cost me R2799!

I have to bring to your attention the fact that I was not in any way happy with the F1 experience purchased.

I purchased it for my fiance. We got there before 10 am as booked but when handing out bands for the time slots, the lady handed my fiance a yellow band ensuring that he would go in the last slot (despite the fact that he was sitting right in the first row). This meant that we had to sit there all day from about 9:30 am doing nothing. The lunch turned out to be platters of food that was not Halaal which meant that we could not eat. The "Simulator" was a playstation game which in no way resembled an F1 Racing experience. Also, the pit crew challenge was non-existant!

When my fiance finally got his chance to drive (at approximately 13:20) his car ran out of fuel after 2 laps! Julie Brown (Managing director) told him that she did not have time to refuel his car as she only had the track till 2pm. She then gave him a business card and told him she would make it worth his while.

When he tried to contact her she would not respond to emails or answer the phone.
