I tried to book my car for Service on the week of the 17th of December, it was on 44100KM, i tried Lindsay Saker Midrand they couldnt help me that week, I tried VW Rivonia they couldnt help either. Tried VW Polokwane on the week of the 24th, they where fully booked.
I personally drove to Lindsay Saker Midrand to book my car for a service on the 4th and the only time they can help me is on the 10th of January. I took in the car for service on the 10th at 6:50 am, i was contacted 3 hours later to be informed that the service plan wont pay as i am over by 4000KM, i use the car for business, so i wont sit and wait for VW to assit, while the business is suffering. I have tried to book the car for service to no avail.
i then called VW SA spoke to a lady by the name of Anathi, she advised that turn around time for complains is 24 hours, i cant wait for 24 hours, as i will have to waste another day by sending the car to VW to be serviced.
I feel that this unfair to me as a customer, i have paid for a service plan and now they are refusing to pay.
