I am constantly dreading having to bring my car for service to Lindsey Saker Hyde Park and each time I do I am left regretting bringing business here. I am highly annoyed and very disappointed at the level of treatment I have been getting here and its starting to feel like there is no level of professionalism at all from lindsey saker. Each time I have dealt with this mark character I have had to think a million times over if I am leaving my car in safe and capable hands. He is pompous and arrogant - he had the freaking nerve to yell at me after I wait for his driver - or should I say lindsey saker's driver for 3 hours to pick me up after I was notified that my car was ready. It is the same never ending story! This company constantly promises to give services that they can never live up to. I missed an important 6pm meeting which could have translated to promising rewards for my future. I think the people at this company need to be taught time management and most importantly how to speak to people more so if they are in the wrong!
I am tired of feeling ripped off each time I bring my car here simply from your employee attitude. I am so sick and tired of this company!
