This is the second time I bring my car in for service at Lindsay Saker Rivonia and I am disappointed, again! Same thing happened today. I came in before 7am so that I could check it in and get to work in Sandton on time but they again couldn't find my job card and I had to wait for the booking clerk to book it. She is again late for work so I am sitting in their waiting area waiting for assistance, again. They need to sort their systems out or have whoever's checking the cars in take new bookings because this system is not working. I expect good service because the service is not exactly cheap.
