Below are excerpts taken from e mails received by me from SEESA on behalf of KC Motors . "The invoice further notes that the injector pump needs to be overhauled" On the first invoice received there was no mention of this, on the invoice sent to SEESA it has been added on. "We are instructed that our client did not change the oil." The mechanic in the workshop told 3 people that the oil had been changed. "We submit that our client should have been notified of the problem prior to the vehicle being taken to Johannesburg" 3 people phoned Gary at KC motors and told him the vehicle had not been fixed. "The complaint on hello peter is vexatious and uncalled for. You are warned to remove this post. With regard to your vehicle, our client maintains that the vehicle has been satisfactorily repaired and is in running order, premised by the fact that our client drove the vehicle to Johannesburg himself with no issues." My vehicle has been in Durban since the 31st October 2013 it was collected it from them 10th December 2013. I hope this post will warn any future consumers who consider taking their vehicle to KC Motors. My vehicle is still not fixed and not returned to me in Jhb.
