Business must be booming because I feel like I am jumping through hoops to give Barons VW business! I have never experienced such shocking service in my life, I know I am only looking to buy a Jetta and not a Taureg but should it be necessary for me to resort to taking to Hello Peter and your website to get service?
It started at Barons Woodmead where I was dealing with Luvuyo, who could clearly not give me the time of day to ever return a phone call or stick to a promise of feedback.. I have been waiting nearly a week for him to let me know if he can find the Jetta or Golf that I want. I decided to keep quiet and go elsewhere. This took me to your Bruma branch where I was "assisted" by Lerato. I gave her the requirements and particulars of the deal that I am looking for and she promised to phone me back yesterday 11/12 at 15:00, still waiting! I phoned back to your Bruma branch and got transferred to Kelly, to whom I explained that I would like to get some service as Lerato is clearly not interested. I once again explained the deal that I am looking for and she promised to immediately send me a quote, this was at around 11:00 in the morning. I phoned ba
