Not Delivering Goods Paid fo

During my car service 28 Novemeber Hannes contacted me and offer me a nudge bar and side bars for my Terios, which I accepted. The side bars were installed that day but due to a faulty bracket the agreement was to install the nudge bar the next week (take into account that was double installation fee for their faulty bracket). Okay now two weeks later and promises of returing phone calls I was told this morning that the installation company closed down and they will refund me. I'm not interested in a refund and want the service as promised and still in 2013, as I've paid for this already
