Appalling Service

It has been a week since I ordered and received a preapproval for the Ecosport. When I ordered the car the sales agent told me that there's a strike and therefore a backlog. Two days ago my husband went to the dealership to find out what was going on and the manger said the cars are made in India and Ford SA is only ordering very few and they are not meeting the demand.

I have been warned about the Ecosport from several people, as they wanted to buy Ecosport but were given the run around about the delivery of the car and ended up buying other brands. Now I know what they are talking about.
I sent an email to your customer service centre and I was called only to be told that they don;'t deal with sales issues and I must go back to the dealership and find out when they'll deliver the car. It felt as if we were talking different languages as I stated no one is willing to commit to a delivery date.

Ford SA is forgetting there so many car brands out there and you well loose customers, if you carry on treating customers like that. Word of mouth is powerful and if people only have bad things to say about you, you know what will happen. Henry Ford would be appalled at this.
