Claim against a delaership

I submitted my claim against the motor dealership through legal wise for a vehicle key since 2012 to date my claim has not been attended to despite follow ups and resubmission of the required document. it is shame that the High office that is expected to assist the destitute is defaulting. I preserved and spent lot of money to have what belongs to me settled but to no avail, really despicable!
