After submitting all my documentation to Digicall Recovery Solutions for a claim that is handle by them for Europcar, the claim advisor, advice me that I will get feed back regarding the claim as soon as possible. I have submitted my documentation to Digicall already on the 16 October 2013 and still today I have not yet been given an answer regarding the claim of my motor vehicle that i have submitted to them. The claim advisor advice me that i will get an answer as soon as possible. But until today the 24 October 2013 I still don't have an answer from them regarding my claim. I try to phone the advisor - but didn't have any luck and he also do not reply on my email that i have sent to him.
All i need is for the claim to be process and for them to pay out the claim so that i can get my motor vehicle repair. As it is difficult to get to work and to get my child to school without my motor vehicle. If only the claims advisor could come back to me with an answer regarding the claim it would be highly appreciated.
