I bought a Ford Fiesta 2012 model only 5 months ago. It is a 1.4 Ambiente. On so called special... Ford advertised it for R151000 BUT conveniently it was without VAT. Adding VAT up the car was NOT on special at all, it still came to R172 000 as USUAL selling price! Anyway... 5 months later I wanted to trade the car in for a Focus which is a bigger car and more spacious, only to find out FORD wants to give me only R110 000 for my car. My settlement is R180 000 and the car only has 6000 on the ODO, still brand new, BUT lost R70 000 in only 5 months!!! This is ridiculous and outrageous!!!
